Working with a client who knows what he wants is a guarantee of success. Manolo Soria also had the resources, the Matinée Group, and the desire to make a comprehensive reform in the legendary basements of Plaza Urquinaona.
The challenge was to transform a low local befallen you, an spatial exercise to gain breadth and especially gain space from the ceilings. And most importantly, avoiding the typical illumination, generate another one, more envolving and evocative, chameleonic, to multiply effects based on a random programming.
We got it with LED lightning, we could have it in the tubular format, linear, or as a screen. With the other materials we had to get reflections, as glass, silver stainless steel, shiny surfaces and Barrisol ceilings. The path of light and images along floors, walls and ceilings is an effect that we have called light-box, and it works.
